Fast-acting spirit wash finings sufficient for up to 25 litres of spirit wash.
Once fermentation has finished, degas the spirit wash by stirring vigorously until there are no more bubbles on the surface. Then add Stage 1 finings, stir thoroughly and leave to stand for 1 hour. Then add Stage 2 finings and stir gently for 10 seconds. Leave to clear in a cool place (around 15C / 59F) for 24 hours.
The sachet can be stored at room temperature (5-30C), no need to refrigerate. Ready-mixed. Just add to the spirit wash. Long shelf life.
