PURE BREW®

Harris Pure Brew® works to eliminate Chloramine and Chlorine from your brewing water, which could otherwise react with the yeast during fermentation to produce unwanted phenol flavours, also known as the “homebrew” taste.

This product feeds the yeast to support a healthy, strong fermentation under restricted oxygen conditions and promotes a clean pure final taste. This is the first and only product on the market to remove the homebrew taste in Beer, Wine and Cider. For this product to work simply crush one tablet into your brew together with one spoonful of the powder then pitch in the yeast and stir. 

How much will it treat?

This pot will treat up to 5 x 23 litre (5 gallon) brews. A Single Dose Sachet is also available.
