Proferm Yeast & Nutrient Mix

Proferm is a compound of YEAST & NUTRIENT, blended together.

We use a combination of 3 nutrients to achieve the perfect food your the yeast. Other companies just use one type, but this can lead to troubles with insufficient yeast growth and possible after taste. We use the combination of Diammonium Phosphate, Ammonium Sulphate and Magnesium Sulphate. There are blended using a special formula that we have tested over 20 years, then mixed with a sturdy general purpose wine yeast. The result is a product that starts quickly and ferments healthily.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a combined yeast and nutrient, no further nutrient is required.

Add to wine, the rate is 1 teaspoon per gallon of wine.
