How to apply the LCD Thermometer

Simply peel the paper from the back to reveal the adhesive. Place the thermometer on the fermenter and press down to secure it.

How do you read the thermometer?

A coloured band will appear around one of the numbers. This will be the temperature that the thermometer is recording. If there are 2 readings with a coloured band around, then the reading will be between the two displays.

Where is the best place to put the Thermometer?

We advise placing the thermometer on the fermenter below the liquid line. You need to ensure that the liquid in the fermenter is above the thermometer location. This will ensure a more accurate reading.

What is the scale?

The scale is from 10C to 40C. This allows temperature reading for cold lager fermentation to high Kveik fermentations.
