JESTER HOPS

Charles Faram & Co Ltd in the UK developed the proprietary hop Jester®, offering distinct flavours and aromas unlike traditional English hops. Notable for tropical fruits, grapefruit, blackcurrant, and hints of Lychee, Jester® shines as a mid to late addition and excels in dry hopping. While not a primary bittering hop, its use in this role imparts a mild, herbal resonance.
