CENTENNIAL HOPS
Centennial hops, created in 1974 and released in 1990 by Charles Zimmerman and S.T. Kenny at Washington State University, owe their existence to a blend of Brewer’s Gold, Fuggle, East Kent Golding, and Bavarian hops. Also known as super Cascade due to its citric characteristic, Centennial is celebrated for its versatility, offering a harmonious balance of depth in bitterness and a forward aroma.
