Moutere™ is a powerhouse hop variety, boasting high alpha acid content along with a substantial oil content, resulting in a bold yet balanced bitterness. Its lower cohumulone levels contribute to a smooth and well-structured bitterness. Sensory evaluations highlight flavors and aromas reminiscent of grapefruit, subtle tropical fruit, and passionfruit in the finished beer.
